Yep..I went there.

Ok ok this sandwich isn’t for the faint of heart. But oh she’s perfect. This baby is a steak dinner and a garlic bread’s love child. We’re talking crispy sourdough slathered in garlicky butter..thats then crisped up in the oven. Sizzling ribeye straight from the cast iron, gooey provolone, sweet caramelized onions, creamy pesto, and a peppery arugula finish—because we need some greens in there. It’s juicy, crunchy, melty, and v outrageous. Basically, it’s the kind of sandwich you eat with both hands... and zero regrets.
